Thực Tập Sinh L&D (Learning & Development)
The KMS L&D team is looking for someone who is passionate about helping others learn and realize their potential, while developing his or her own career in HR/training.
Key responsibilities:
Support team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration and feedback.
Support team to maintain trainees' learning progress and history.
Participate in L&D department events & activities.
Participate in other events/programs assigned by supervisor.

HR Intern
Responsibilities:
Support team in all activities of recruitment process such as: post job on recruitment websites, contact candidates, welcome candidates, arrange Test & Interview, input candidate database, deliver Test/Interview result to candidates…
Support for recruitment events and company’s activities such as: Career day/Job fair at University, KMS Recruitment day, and other events related to recruitment and employer branding
Other administrative required by supervisor
Qualifications:
For fresh graduated or 3rd/4th year students in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
