Managing and developing the PR activities through online & offline channels.
Plan and develop content for communication materials including POSM, announcements, corporate website, profile, annual report, …
Build up the strategy and execution on social media and digital content effort aimed at building brand awareness.
Act as the first point of contact for media enquiries.
Build relationships with journalists and liaise with the media to proactively place stories and comment.
Organize and coordinate PR activities.
Create and maintain marketing campaigns, brand promotions or product lines for company on social pages.
Report, capture, analyze social data, insights and give suggestions, key learnings for future campaign.
Must be able to work with the design team on the graphic design and visuals to support digital content.
Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
Develop and co-ordinate internal communications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
