2. Job Description:
Answering daily emails from customers (100% English), then, conclude the main problems and do report daily with possible solutions included.
• Fluently in both Speaking and Writing English (especially dealing with email).
• No experience background needed – You will be 100% trained when joining us.
• Be willing to learn and grow, able to work under high pressure and highly responsible for your commitment.
• Have good logical thinking and organizing skills, be patient in reading emails and giving solution for customers.
• Be sociable and responsive to others team members.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Working time: 8:30 – 18:00 (Mon-Fri) and 8:30-12:00 (Sat). Our office is located in Tan Binh Dist.
• Salary: 8.000.000 VND
• Monthly bonus: Based on your performance – can be up to 100% your salary.
• Highly dynamic and friendly working environment.
• Travel at least 2 times/year with the whole team (could be an abroad trip).
